Double award win for Gearset

Gearset, the Park-based DevOps platform for Salesforce, is celebrating a double triumph at the UK Company Culture Awards 2026 after being crowned both Best Company to Work For and winner of Best Working Environment for its headquarters at the Park.

Judges praised Gearset’s open, supportive culture, with one describing the company as “setting a benchmark for what it means to be a truly great place to work.”

But the company says the real credit belongs to the people behind the business. At Gearset, culture isn’t something handed down from the top or hidden away in a slide deck, it’s built every day by people who support each other, take ownership, and get stuck in to make things better. That spirit has helped turn the fast-growing tech firm into one of the most talked-about workplaces in the region.

Gearset was originally spun out of Redgate Software in 2015 and has grown rapidly since, with its award-winning headquarters at the Park now recognised as one of the best places to work in the UK.
