The Xaar Early Careers initiative is designed to build strong, interactive relationships with a host of education groups, from primary and secondary schools, to colleges, universities, and apprenticeship organisations, improving not only awareness of the opportunities available within Xaar, but also encouraging interest and engagement in STEM subjects for students.
