Travel Plan Unwrapped Event-FREE TO ANY CSP EMPLOYERS

FREE Travel Plans Unwrapped event on Tuesday, 13th March 2012 from 9am – 12.30pm at the Wellcome Trust Genome Campus in Hinxton (10 miles south of Cambridge – CB10 1RQ). This event is kindly sponsored by one of our long-standing TfW employers, the Wellcome Trust. A FREE lunch plus refreshments will be provided. This event is open to any TfW members and TP+ employers

WHO SHOULD ATTEND? Any organisation promoting sustainable travel options to their staff.

PART 1 will provide you with tools to write your own successful travel plan and the opportunity to network with other local employers, some of whom will be talking about their own travel planning experiences. This is a must for anybody wanting to get the most from their travel initiatives.

PART 2 is an interactive and fun session allowing you to visit different ‘stations’ to hear from and quiz experts about the benefits and various ways to promote different sustainable travel modes. ‘Stations’ at previous events have included Car Sharing, Public Transport, Walking and Cycling. It’s a bit like speed dating, enabling you to develop your skills to encourage your employees to travel sustainably!
