Napp Pharmaceuticals is proud to announce that it has today been recognised as a 2020 Great Place to Work® in the UK.
Commenting on the achievement, Hywel Day, Managing Director, Napp Pharmaceuticals said; “I’m incredibly proud to be part of this company, but today is an especially proud day for me and for us all at Napp.”
“To even make this prestigious list at all, is a huge accomplishment. Our inclusion reflects the engagement and commitment of those working at Napp, who make the company an exceptional place to be. I know that all our people will feel as proud as I do to be acknowledged for the unique culture that we have built together”, he said.
“Achievements such as this are particularly important because they are driven directly by the feedback and perceptions of our employees. As such, our Great Place to Work® results provide a tangible measure and unequivocal evidence of how our culture and ways of working match up to the expectations of our people.”
“We foster a culture at Napp where our people thrive on the ability to flex autonomously in response to the unique needs of key partners, such as the NHS.”
“In recent years Napp has undergone a significant transformation. We have evolved to nurture and encourage behaviours and attitudes which allow us to learn quickly and embody a mindset of agility, ambition and accountability.”
“Striving for Commercial Excellence through continuous improvement creates a unique, high-performing and learning environment at Napp, where everyone can make a real difference and create their own legacy.”
“The wellbeing of our people also continues to be of the utmost importance to us. At Napp we have a comprehensive programme to support us in positively managing our wellbeing. This includes the provision of Headspace subscriptions, as well as access to onsite mental health first-aiders, who are empowered to support colleagues’ positive wellbeing and to signpost specialised support. Never before has wellbeing and indeed maintaining a strong culture been so important – and we are lucky to face the current unprecedented challenges from a position of strength and unity in this respect.”
“As Napp continues to grow as a learning organisation, I look forward to the future successes we will achieve, as we help to move medicine forward for patients in the UK.”
