Invista unveil latest refurbishment project at Cambridge Science Park
- Date 28 Oct 2010
Commercial Property Agents from across Cambridgeshire gathered at Building 220 Cambridge Science Park to see the transformation of the building following complete refurbishment by landlord Invista Real Estate.
Home to Napp Pharmaceuticals prior to their recent expansion into new purpose built premises elsewhere on the Park, Building 220 benefits from an impressive entrance and central atrium with all the modern fixtures and fittings of Grade A quality office space. The property totals 44,859 sq ft over three levels and may be split into office space from 14,286 sq ft.
The launch event began with a tour of the building and guided bus tour of the Cambridge Science Park, and concluded with breakfast overlooking one of the many lakeside areas on the Park. Nick Thompson from LSH and Tom France from Carter Jonas were the lucky winners of a new Apple ipad each in the business card draw.
Harvey Bibby, Office Agent at Bidwells said: “Building 220 is an exceptional building. We were delighted to host this launch event which enabled so many agents to see the high quality space that is currently available at the Cambridge Science Park.”
Rob Sadler of Savills commented: “Building 220 is a striking building which would make an excellent Headquarters office building for a wide range of R&D based companies.”
