Heraeus Noblelight Ltd joins the British Government on its first trade mission since the election

Heraeus Noblelight Ltd, specialists in Xenon Flash Technology have joined a group of 31 UK businesses to accompany the Prime Minister David Cameron on his trade mission to South East Asia.
The trip is set to visit Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia. Mr Cameron Said “British companies like Heraeus Noblelight Ltd are flying the flag and unlocking the economic potential of the fast growing economies of South East Asia for Cambridge. I’m delighted that they have joined me on my first trade mission of this government and I hope that we can work together to create jobs and growth for the UK.”
Heraeus’ intention is to promote the unique automated manufacturing technology, for which the company was also awarded a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation this year.
The unique technology, allows Heraeus to compete in all the regions of the world. Debbie Playle will be establishing key contacts in the visited countries to increase our export revenue further.
This will be the first key stage in Heraeus expanding its distribution network in these key growth regions.
On the back of its success, becoming the market leader in a worldwide market, Heraeus would like to announce the expansion of its facilities on the Cambridge Science Park.
Heraeus will set up the Global headquarters of its newly formed Optics and Flash business line on the Cambridge Science Park. This will include consolidation of business functions onto one site in Cambridge to support the manufacturing and Sales sites worldwide.
