A strong culture underpins the success of any business and in a trying year for organizations around the world, it has become an especially critical component of team engagement and productivity.
Demonstrating strength in its company culture during the pandemic, Featurespace received the Business Culture Award for the "Culture in a Crisis" category (under 500 employees). In addition, Featurespace also received accreditation from Best Companies, achieving 'Outstanding Engagement'.
Embracing the challenges presented this year, the Featurespace team have maintained focus on our customers, keeping them at the center of what we do and remained committed to fighting financial crime, with our models remaining stable during a time of great unease.
From the Business Culture Awards, judges remarked that they were particularly impressed by how connected the company had stayed with employees through various initiatives, noting that Featurespace provides a "great example of a company leaning into its values and nurturing a thriving culture in a crisis" and that its "business results are testimony to the strength of their culture."
As a national awarding body, Business Culture Awards annually recognize excellent business culture across several categories for organizations of all sizes. Winners are selected by a panel of esteemed HR professionals and previous winners from companies such as IBM, Cisco and BT. This year, winners were announced over two days in virtual ceremonies held last week. Participating winners include Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, Sainsburys + t-three, TSB + businessfourzero and the Home office.
