Four chargers have been installed at the front of the building, offering charging speeds ranging from 22kW to 60kW. The 60kW charger is currently being commissioned and will be brought online in due course.
Charging on the 22kW units is priced at 47p per kWh.
The new chargers bring the total number of publicly available EV charging points across the Park to 32, with additional charging facilities located at Unit 406 and behind the Innovation Centre (Units 320–329).
Who can use the EV chargers?
The chargers are available to both members and the general public.
How do I gain access to the barrier?
If the barrier is closed, simply use the call button located on the barrier intercom and a member of staff will let you in to use them. The barrier will automatically lift on departure.
When is the barrier open?
The barrier will automatically lift from 5:30pm each evening until 7:55am the following morning.
How do the chargers work?
Instructions will be displayed on the charger signage and are easy to follow. Simply connect your vehicle and follow the on-screen guidance to begin charging.
Are you able to book a EV charger or is it all first come first served?
No you can’t book them. They will be available on a first come first serve basis.
How do I pay for charging?
Payment is made directly at the charging point using your own payment method at the time of charging. Charging costs will not be added to member accounts or tabs. No apps are required to use these chargers.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit or debit cards.
