Executive Assistant
We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our executive administration team, based in Cambridge. In this busy and varied role every day will be different, you’ll be juggling competing priorities whilst providing a first-class level of support to our CMR Leadership team (CLT). You’ll be using your outstanding IT skills to stay one step ahead in compiling reports, extensive diary and travel management and event coordination. Being able to think on your feet, apply sound judgement and adapt to last minute changes is a key part of this role.

Responsibilities
- Support members of the CMR Leadership Team (CLT) in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining busy diaries/calendars
- Quickly establishing the varying needs of CLT members and how best to support them
- Develop a solid understanding of global medical devices environment and be able to credibly interact with individuals inside and outside of the company, sometimes as the lead contact person
- Co-ordinate meetings, VIP visits, events and off-sites both within the UK and internationally:
- Make travel arrangements, including complex international travel
- Develop, edit, and publish presentations, prepare agendas and letters as requested
- Collate and produce reports as needed by members of the CLT
- Screen email correspondence, mail and telephone calls; review, route and respond to enquiries as appropriate
About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be:
- Outstanding IT and hardware skills; you’ll be comfortable using and adapting to a wide variety of software and cloud based platforms as well as conferencing hardware such as projectors, screens, conference phones and virtual meetings on Teams, Zoom, Google etc.
- Proven ability to calmly manage and adapt to last minute change
- Highly organised, resilient and able to problem-solve and take responsibility
- Proven influencing skills at a senior level, self-starter with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine desire to help and support
It would also be helpful if you have:
- Experience of working in a global corporate organisation
- Ability to absorb information quickly
