Can I use The Bradfield Centre if I’m not based at the Park?

Yes — The Bradfield Centre is open to entrepreneurs and start-ups from across Cambridge and beyond. It’s designed to support early-stage businesses with workspace, mentoring and investment connections.

The Cambridge Science Park is home to a diverse range of over 170 companies, from startups to major corporations, spanning sectors like life sciences, technology, and IP law. Examples of tenants include Amgen, Agenus UK Ltd, Analog Devices Ltd, Autonomy, AVEVA, Bayer CropScience, MathWorks, Mewburn Ellis, Qualcomm, and Red Gate Software.

Yes, to be based at the Cambridge Science Park, you generally need to be a company or individual involved in scientific research and development, as the park is home to numerous tech and science-based companies. The park itself is open to the public for certain activities like weekend visits, school groups, and community events.
