Mark Schaub, Senior Partner at King & Wood Mallesons, who has lived in China since 1993 and specialise as a lawyer in foreign direct investment, cross border M&A, intellectual property, and private equity investment in China. He has rich experience in helping foreign enterprises entering China in fields of retail, automotive, autonomous cars, blockchain fintech and manufacturing.
