On Friday 6th August, the Cancer Research UK Run 10k team will be holding a sign up day in the Trinity Centre.
This is a great opportunity to challenge your colleagues and train together this summer!
The Run 10K team will be at the Trinity Centre throughout the day with all the information you will need to enter one of their fantastic events, and to save you valuable time they can even sign you up to your nearest event on the spot! So why not pop along and meet the team, they also have lots of fundraising and training tips and some great Run 10k giveaways.
If that isn’t enough to tempt you, the money raised from Run 10k goes towards Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work. It is amazing to know that survival rates have doubled in the last 30 years, but there is still progress to be made.
Cancer Research UK are hoping that 50,000 men and women will come together to Run 10K this autumn and help raise £5million in vital funds, so why not rally your team and make sure you are part of it!
There are 22 events across the country, and your nearest event is Jesus Green, Cambridge, Sunday 17th October.
Entry fee is £19.50, don’t forget to bring your credit/debit card if you would like to sign up with the team
There are so many reasons to Run 10k but whatever your reason, make sure you enter, get sponsored and help beat cancer.
