What difference does good or bad leadership make?
With our research partners from Cranfield School of Management, we are proud to invite you to this interactive workshop, generously hosted by The Bradfield Centre and supported by The Cambridge Angels – many of whose members have participated in the research.  

Emerging from the deep structured interview findings with highly experienced leaders in the ecosystem, the LPT provides a brand new insight that, for the first time, sheds light on the challenges and very specific success factors for leading the scale-up of an innovation business at a critical stage in growth. 

We will present a short summary of the research findings, after which, guests will be invited to take part in a short diagnostic survey to assess your readiness to succeed in the LPT – whether as an exec or non-exec leader. Horizon37 coaches will then support small breakout group exploration sessions to select practical actions to prepare in your own businesses.
