How to set up your Medical Device company in China

In this first workshop of a series focused on the Life Sciences, TUS UK sheds light on the process of registering a UK medical device in China. This is a process primarily done through the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA, formerly the CFDA) in China. The objective of these talks is for TUS UK to facilitate health and life science companies with accessing the Chinese market: through education, knowledge sharing, and eventually, partner finding and running a pilot in China with first customers.

As far as possible, these talks will be conducted with an English-speaking partner from China, with mediation and translation provided by TUS UK if necessary. At least one Chinese company, usually a leader in the field, and an investor who is actively investing in this sector, will also feature at each session.

Talks are followed up with advice and consultation with the TUS UK team, to signpost you on further actions based on what you need.
