Follow your dreams – Ricky Munday

Please join us for this motivational talk when Ricky Munday will be describing his incredible life journey from a council estate in Glasgow to the top of the world - he successfully reached the summit of Mount Everest on his second attempt. He also completed a 150 mile ultramarathon in the Sahara desert.  Ricky’s talk will focus on his two attempts at Everest. As well as providing a fascinating insight into climbing Everest, Ricky will be discussing perseverance, building resilience and overcoming adversity - qualities he acquired in order to follow his dreams. After the presentation, which is suitable for all age groups, Ricky will be pleased to answer your questions.
