Informal meeting for people in a Facilities Management role to get to know one another and share knowledge and best practice.

Topics for discussion:

Waste leaving the Park - developing a Park-wide waste management strategy (following the talk by Cambridge City Council at the previous meeting)

Supplies coming onto the Park - office supplies and the potential to establish a Park-wide purchasing consortium. We've invited Tony Hill of Commercial to share their approach in terms of sustainability, CSR and CSV. They are zero waste to landfill, carbon neutral and have their own fleet of hydrogen delivery vehicles which omit zero carbon. They also have a Commercial Foundation which has helped hundreds of young vulnerable adults return to work.
