Book Club - 12 April 2021

This month we are reading The Beekeeper of Aleppo by Christy Lefteri.

This 2019 novel follows the flight of refugees from Aleppo in Syria to Europe during the Syrian Civil War. Although fiction it is based around the author’s experience over two summers volunteering in Athens at a refugee centre.
