Park member EDX Medical Group has joined the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange as the company enters a new phase of commercial growth for its advanced diagnostic technologies focused on cancer, cardiovascular and infectious diseases.
The business develops digitally-enabled diagnostic products and services designed to improve early disease detection, support clinical decision-making and advance personalised medicine. Among EDX Medical’s most significant programmes is its large-scale Scottish prostate cancer screening initiative, which has already tested more than 12,000 men within months of launch. The programme is helping validate next-generation tests designed to identify prostate cancer earlier and determine whether tumours are likely to be aggressive.
The company is also advancing new bowel, ovarian and lung cancer diagnostics, alongside hereditary cancer and chemotherapy sensitivity tests.
