Cambridge University rowing coach to open new-look Park gym

The newly refurbished Revolution Fitness Co. gym at Cambridge Science Park will officially open on Thursday 10 September, following its biggest transformation in years.

Cambridge University Boat Club Men’s Chief Coach Rob Baker will cut the ribbon at midday, alongside Revolution Fitness Co. Manager Callum Osborne and Keith Purdie, Senior Director of Cambridge Science Park.

The gym has undergone a major refurbishment, with new equipment and an upgraded training space. It follows the opening of Revolution’s new functional fitness studio (pictured) earlier this year as part of continued investment in the Park’s facilities.

And you don’t need to work at the Park to use it. Cambridge Science Park is an open campus and the gym is available to the wider community, giving people who live and work nearby access to the facilities too.

Park members and local residents are welcome to come along to the opening, take a look around the new gym and meet the team of personal trainers. Park members can also find out more about the exclusive discounts available to them.

There will also be lululemon giveaways on the day.
