Cambridge Science Park opens its doors for Cambridge Wide Open Day

Cambridge Science Park will welcome businesses, innovators, researchers and members of the wider community to Cambridge Wide Open Day on Wednesday 17 June, offering a unique opportunity to explore the ideas, technologies and organisations helping shape the future of science and innovation.

Taking place at The Bradfield Centre from 11:00am to 2:00pm, the free event will bring together some of the Park’s most pioneering companies and thought leaders for a series of short talks, interactive Q&A sessions and networking opportunities.

Designed to open the doors of one of Europe’s leading science and technology communities, the event will showcase the breadth of innovation taking place across Cambridge Science Park, from sustainable materials and drug discovery to advanced technologies transforming healthcare, science and industry.

The programme will feature speakers from organisations based across the Park, including Xampla, Astex Pharmaceuticals, Cambridge Consultants and AVEVA. Attendees will also hear from Jane Hutchins, Director of External Affairs at Cambridge Science Park, who will provide an introduction to the Park and its thriving innovation community.

Cambridge Wide Open Day is part of the wider Cambridge Wide Open initiative, which celebrates the organisations, people and ideas that make Cambridge one of the world’s leading centres for innovation and discovery.

The event is open to everyone, including professionals, entrepreneurs, students, researchers and anyone with an interest in learning more about the science and technology being developed on their doorstep.

The event takes place at The Bradfield Centre, Cambridge Science Park, on Wednesday 17 June from 11:00am to 2:00pm. Attendance is free, but advance registration is required.
