Whether you’re looking to get active, relax, try something new or simply take a break from your working day, there will be plenty to get involved with. Come along and explore a range of activities, stalls and wellbeing resources designed to support both your physical and mental wellbeing.
You’ll have the chance to discover local wellbeing services, meet organisations from across Cambridge and pick up practical tips and advice. There will also be opportunities to get active, including fitness activities, games and cornhole, alongside more relaxing options and activities to help you unwind.
With free massages, fitness and activity sessions, stalls focusing on wellbeing advice, mental health support and more, there’s something for everyone. Whether you have five minutes to spare or want to spend your whole lunch break exploring what’s on offer.
The event is free and open to all Cambridge Science Park members. Drop in anytime between 12:00 and 14:00, take some time for yourself and discover new ways to support your wellbeing.
