eakin have recently joined forces with the successful physical activity programme, Healthy kidz. The programme is currently deployed in almost 100 schools throughout Northern Ireland. It provides a non-sport-specific, four-stand programme aimed at increasing physical activity, fitness levels and general health of children across schools. What is the healthy kidz global challenge The challenge calls on families around the globe to get involved and increase their levels of activity through daily physical and fun challenges that can be logged on the Healthy Kidz app. Along with logging activity points for any type of activity, they can also add additional details with regards to healthy eating and sleep too. Families can compete against each other and others from all over the world. Every week a new set of 7 day challenges and tips will be available on the Healthy Kidz social media channels.
