Community & Social

Something a little different is quietly taking shape at the Park.

Before long, one of our buildings will begin to fill with artwork and photography by students from Cambridge Regional College, a valued part of our wider local community.

We caught an early glimpse of some of the work yesterday. A snapshot, but enough to sense how the space might shift once the pieces are in place.

Bringing student work into real-world settings allows it to be seen beyond the studio and gives students a feel for how their work is encountered, talked about, and understood in professional environments.

Many artists and photographers have started out exhibiting and publishing beyond traditional gallery walls,  developing their practice by sharing work in commercial and everyday spaces.

This is the first mark on the wall. More to follow…
